Our brief: promote the CRM expertise of Sage’s SME division

With smaller businesses reluctant to invest, and poorly informed about the potential and opportunities of CRM solutions, we recommended a print and digital brand content strategy, with a free quarterly subscription magazine covering key CRM issues.

The strategy involved an editorial stance that minimised the use of jargon in order to appeal to managers and directors of SMEs. Quarterly magazine, distribution 6,500 copies
