This project was part of an overall campaign to update and improve all sales documents used by the sales force and hotel networks. It provided an opportunity to clarify, structure and summarise the sales argument and to design an attractive, innovative sales system.
The material was digitised and made accessible via tablet in order to enhance the user experience and get people involved and interested during presentations to existing and prospective clients, while meeting the sales team’s need for mobility. The result is a client-centric user experience that is mobile, multichannel and personalised, and that aims to put both internal and external audiences in the spotlight, and thereby engage them.
